New Features in Sprint 43 as of November 4, 2020!

  • NEW! The Base Weight will now appear on USDA, Commodity and Food Industry Ingredients on their Nutrition facts label!

    • The field cannot be edited.

    • The Base Weight will default to 100 Grams for all USDA Ingredients.

  • NEW! Users will now be able to Reopen Closed Production Reports!

    • The Write access box must be checked in Administration: System Settings: User Role Access: Menus: Manage Production: Reopen Product Record.

    • The Reopen option has been added to the list of available Cog Options for Production Reports.

      • Reopening will prompt the user with the following message:

        “You are about to open a closed production record. Select Confirm below to continue with reopening or Cancel to go back to previous page.”

      • The Production Report’s Status will be reset to Open once it has been Reopened.

      • Leftover’s will be able to be edited once the Production Report has been Reopened.

New York SIRS Export

  • Added the ability Create and Schedule multiple Auto Exports for selected Sites.

    • Multiple Auto Exports will require separate schedules

      • Export Schedules cannot overlap.

      • The minimum amount of time possible between Scheduled Exports on the same day is 15 minutes.

    • A unique BEDS Code must be applied to each Export.

    • A Site can only be assigned to one (1) Export.

    • A unique File Name must be applied to each Export.

    • Multiple Exports can be sent to the SFTP.

      • Existing SIRS file will be overwritten.
